DH is OOT for most of the week so I'm going easy Sun-roasted chicken with stuffing, rice, carrots Mon-leftovers-goulash or breakfast casserole Tues-Tilapia, couscous, corn on the cob (last bit from the farm) Wed-leftovers Thurs-homemade pizza at grandma's Fri-I'm thinking DD & I will have date night Sat-pork chops, roasted potatoes

I actually have a plan! M: teriyaki chicken thighs, brown rice, Swiss chard Tue: pork loin chops, asparagus W: leftovers Th: curried chick peas over rice, maybe a spinach salad F: either leftovers or dinner out

Tonight we have family dinner with DS’s dad, who has offered to cook.
Lately DS seems to like roast chicken. So I will probably do a sheet pan of chicken parts and veg tonight after he has gone to bed, so it will be quick and easy to reheat when we get home.
He also likes building his own salads. So between roast chicken and salads we should be good for a couple nights of leftovers.
Wednesday there is a school BBQ fundraiser that we will try to go to.
Thursday will probably be chicken again
Friday if weather is nice I might grill something. Not sure yet.
