Did you vote? I went this morning and my polling place was packed. Seriously, there were more people there at 7:15 for this election than the last presidential election.
I'm drowning in my own shit and then feel awful feeling bad for myself because of the recent tragedies in my own backyard (a 10 year old murdered a baby and the girl scouts being killed).
I'm working from home today, which is nice. Coffee, music playing and a nice warm blanket on my lap.
I'm going to see The Book of Mormon on Saturday and I'm really excited about seeing it again.

doriswe, there isn't a market on feeling shitty. You are allowed to feel how you feel, no matter what is going on in the world. I'm glad you are working from home today!

I'm excited as I talked to our kitchen designer last night and we "finalized" the plans. She's also going to drop off cabinet samples in the next few weeks, as we are going with a different brand for the island. I'm excited to see them in person.
I realized last night that I *still* haven't changed my name, five months later. Guess I'd better get on that...
I feel crappy today...I'm really struggling with my eating disorder and it's got me down on myself. I've become really obsessive about it. The ED and food and my weight/body are all I can think about. Days like today I wish there was a magic pill to just make it all go away.
But I did get out and vote this morning. The line wasn't too long, and the crowd was pretty diverse. I'm SO hoping GA turns blue today.
I went to vote this morning. I showed up an hour after the polls opened and the line was out the door. It took me an an hour to get close to the front... 10 ft from the door it started pouring raining. After I voted I ran home to change clothes so I didn't look like a drenched rat at work.
I went and voted before work this morning. There really wasn't a line beyond the one person ahead of me who the poll worker was having trouble finding in the rolls. I did have to wait for a little cardboard Booth to use to vote, but I only had to wait a couple of minutes.
I have a date this evening which will be nice, because it will distract me for a bit from trying to watch the election returns and getting to agitated about any of that. It's our third date and I'm hoping he kisses me at the end of this one finally.
