I'm doing it with two friends - we have 4 workouts done. I did Karen on Sunday and still cant' walk right.
This is my first "comp" and I realize that I may not be cut out for it - LOL!
Karen's Rx was 14# to a 10' line - our gym does 9' and no one caught it until after I was done (of course) and this morning, I did the workout of 60 deadlifts, 45 OHS and 30 S2O. Supposed to be 55# and I did 65# - that's too much math a 5:30 in the morning - ha!
