What's on your nails this November?

I'm treating myself to shellac before we go on vacation next week, and I could use some color ideas.

I have navy with copper glitter accent. Loving it.

Kind of a golden khaki green color. It's Caption brand nail polish "Pining for spring"

Right now nothing but I have been wearing dark blue, dark teal and a dark green. I think next will be grey or a dark gold.

I think next I'm going for a burnt orange or burgundy. Right now it's still black with silver sparkles.

I put on OPI, CIA= Color Is Awesome, yesterday, which is a dark, dark turquoise. My fall back lately has been OPI I'm Not Really A Waitress, which is currently on my toes.
