Come in if you've done FET

My last BCP was Tuesday night.  I started oral Estrace wednesday after my baseline ultrasound.  I just got my period.  Normal?  I would have assumed the estradiol would have prevented another period.  Maybe not?  Shocked the hell out of me.

ETA:  I guess I'm worried maybe I'm not on enough estradiol?  I've been on it for 48 hours.

I vote normal. I always started my period a few days after the last BCP...3 days later sounds exactly right.

Normal. I also started my period a few days after ending BCP.

Ok good---Thank you! For fresh cycles I've always gotten it a few days after, but for some reason I thought the Estrace would prevent it since I started them the next day. Glad it sounds normal.

How much estradiol are you on? That sounds totally normal to me, and honestly different clinics have WILDLY different estrogen protocols for FET with no discernible impact as long as your lining develops well.

Normal, I got my period once I stopped BC and while I was taking estrace.

Doc always told me that if my period didn’t start within 3 days, to come back in.

Normal. I always had a period.

It's progesterone that prevents/delays periods, not estrogen.
