1 Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, Month/cycle, CD, DPO) TTC#2, cycle 6, CD 9.
2. Any upcoming tests? OPKs early next week.
3 When do you start decorating for Christmas? (Or other holidays if you celebrate something else) I decorate the house mid-late November. We don’t put up a tree until the second week of December since we get a live one.
4. Questions? No questions, just feeling frustrated. It took us 7 months to conceive our son and I was really hoping for it to be quicker this time. I’m ready for the TTC process to be over.
3. We usually decorate around my birthday, 12/6. I’m not feeling the holidays this year though. I love my job but the commute and living apart from my family during the week is getting to me. I don’t see an end in sight.
4. I hope FF had my O date wrong, because otherwise I only had a 10 day LP this cycle. I need to not slack with OPKs. My temps were kind of weird this cycle.
1. Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, Month/cycle, CD, DPO) TTC #2, Cycle 6, Day 12 2. Any upcoming tests? Only OPKs, I should O this week
3 When do you start decorating for Christmas? (Or other holidays if you celebrate something else) the first weekend after thanksgiving
4. Questions? If I get pregnant this cycle I may be at the end of my 2WW at thanksgiving and probably won’t feel comfortable drinking. Any tips to avoid questions? My immediate family already knows we are TTC bc I told them about our loss, but extended family won’t know.

1. Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, Month/cycle, CD, DPO) ttc1, CD20
2. Any upcoming tests? nope, I'm a sitting duck until January when we start IVF
3 When do you start decorating for Christmas? (Or other holidays if you celebrate something else) We just took Halloween down and Christmas will go up after Thanksgiving
4. Questions? If you've done IVF where are the best prices you've found for things like gonal f and menopur etc? I prefer not to order it from overseas. Also has anyone gone Keto? This new RE keeps saying "keto is king" and seems like he's pushing that lifestyle eating.

2. Any upcoming tests? Nope, though I had 2 unexpected pregnancy tests this week before xrays and CT scans related to a car accident. They were both negative, and my period arrived yesterday.
3 When do you start decorating for Christmas? (Or other holidays if you celebrate something else). All of our decorations are still at our old house. I’ll aim to decorate before the middle of December.

Unless medically necessary, I wouldn't recommend. It is very restrictive aka no more fruits and it is a lot of fat.
You even have to be careful with vegetables because some like cauliflower, broccoli or carrots have a lot of carbs for a keto diet. 1 cup of raw carrots has 12g of carbs. That's like half of what you're allowed in a day. I couldn't live this lifestyle. I love vegetables and fruits too much.

1. Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, Month/cycle, CD, DPO) TTC# 1, 8/8, CD5
2. Any upcoming tests? I started to get tested to make sure everything is OK on my side while my H gets more tests done. So far, I did the CD3 blood test and everything came back as perfectly normal. My eggs are of excellent quality and plentiful. Take that MIL! For info, since I am 36 (H is 37) MIL suspects I am the reason for not being pregnant yet. We never talked to her about our issues TTC (for obvious reasons) so she doesn't know her son is the problem. Yet, it doesn't stop her to talk about it with other people in the family. But hey, let's blame it on the DIL lol. Ultrasound and HSG are scheduled for next week.
3 When do you start decorating for Christmas? (Or other holidays if you celebrate something else) The older I get, the less I care. Just getting everything out is too much work lol. My H is the one stressing about it so he'll do it sometimes after TG.

Cycle 1, CD2, TTC #2!
No tests but I will do temping and cervical checks as we go. I’ve been temping for two months since we pulled the IUD to verify ovulation and approximate timing. Everything looks to match my cycles from when TTC DD so I think we’re good to go.
Christmas lights are already up and on outside. As soon as time change hits and it is dark when I get home at night I want them on.
We won’t decorate indoors until December 1st probably. I need to get the boxes out of storage at my Mom’s house.
1. Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, Month/cycle, CD, DPO) TTC #2, cycle 5 CD18
2. Any upcoming tests? Nope.
3 When do you start decorating for Christmas? (Or other holidays if you celebrate something else) Right after Thanksgiving! I'm excited!
4. Questions? Any feedback on bd every day vs every other? We bd daily since starting to TTC but no luck. I'm a bit worried about sperm count so this time switched to every other day. Just a guess since we haven't had testing yet but moving on to.that soon.

Everything I’ve read/heard seems to indicate every other day.

Every other day is totally fine.
I see you are TTC #2. How long did it take to conceive #1? If less than a year, I doubt your H has low count. He could still do an SA, it's quick and can be ordered by his PCP. That way you would know but every other day will work just fine.
We were doing every day during the fertile window and it turns out my H has low count. I've been researching timing based on RE's recommendations for people with low count.
ETA: based on research and RE's recommendations, men with low sperm count need to do it everyday closer to ovulation. The reasoning is that it elevates the number of sperm waiting for the egg in the fallopian tubes. While a male with no count problem could get by with having intercourse once during the fertile window, the male with low sperm count needs to do it more times to keep bringing extra sperm and hopefully achieving a good number waiting for the egg. Hopefully this makes sense!

Thank you! Seriously, I really appreciate all this information. We had an easy time getting pregnant with #1. So I do probably have unrealistic expectations. We are both over 35 now and generally in poorer health. Not crazily so, just less time for ourselves due to having a toddler. I think my husband really needs an endocrinologist but has yet to find a good one. I keep going back and forth on going to a RE.

I Oed late so I am only 4dpo. So I am having a little bit of wine to not raise any eyebrows. DHs cousin literally watched me take a drink and was disappointed I was not pregnant.

I’m glad you got to enjoy some wine. I understand the feeling of being watched. H’s family is super keen for me to have another baby (they don’t know that we’re TTC) and anytime I see them I feel like everyone is sizing up my stomach and shoving booze in my face as if it’s some kind of test.

Yup! My son is going to be 5 next month and I am 33 so everyone is pretty much on high alert.

You could still do some testing before seeing a RE.
My husband his SA through his PCP.
I asked my OBGYN to order all the preliminary tests: CD3 blood draw, CD7-10 ultrasound and HSG.
I did them last cycle. By doing this, you would know a lot already. This is a good start.

Thanks! We ended up seeing the RE. Unfortunately H doesn't have a PCP right now and my OB office is not my favorite. We are doing testing next cycle, we have some "red flags".
