Going out for a run. Hoping for 15, but my last couple runs were pretty terrible. I’d rather keep it conservative and get a solid 20 in next weekend. Then DD1 has her last cross country meet of the season! DD2 has a birthday party and we are packing up DS for outdoor school. Have I mentioned this is DH’s first weekend off in months?! Thank goodness b/c the needing to be two or three places in once is killing me!
I'm parked on the couch with the kids waiting for H to wake up.
We we're supposed to be biking right now, but TriBestie bailed because it's cold. Part of me is bummed, part of me is glad. It's 31 degrees outside according to my thermostat. That's...pretty damn cold for road biking.
Sunday’s are rest days. I usually walk to get steps in but it is crazy cold out so I may do so in the treadmill in my nice warm house where I can watch Hulu.
I was planning to do spin this morning but I’m in agony from doing a CrossFit workout yesterday so I slept in instead. I may swim or go to yoga later
We also have probably 50+ lawn bags of leaves to fill. My h is out blowing them into piles now then we’ll all head out and start bagging them. We haven’t done it yet because it’s been raining constantly it feels like. Finally dry today but cold

I got 4 miles in this morning before my conference started. It was a combo run/walk; I’m always weirdly anxious about just running in a new place when I travel for work. But I did it and the weather was perfect. Now I’m about to eat lunch to fortify myself for having a conference that starts on Sunday.
We filled 30 lawn bags with leaves. Too tired now for working out, though I do consider that a workout lol. Still plenty of leaves on the trees so we’ll be doing this again next weekend 😢
Today was a rest day. Ran 20 yesterday. It was slow wit hills and wind but after 7 weeks of very low mileage it was a win I did it! My back and hip were even ok. Still there but manageable
