Complaints or vents? We've had 4 inches of rain in the last 2 days. It won't stop raining til Thursday. I'm ready for a wee with no rain. We have more than 12" surplus for the year.
Kiawah half, I guess. I think I am doing a turkey trot too, but I haven't signed up yet.
What’s your training plan for the week?
Today - maybe 3 miles or walking if running stinks W - swim T - off F - 3-4 miles Sat - 3-6 miles, depending on how I feel Sun - strength

Richmond!!! I ran a 3:34:34, which is good for a PR and BQ +5!!

It is supposed to snow Thursday.
It also looks like I may have to travel from Kiawah to Portland to Atlanta. Mr. GT is not going to be happy, but I will plan to take the little guy to Atlanta with me.

What’s your training plan for the week? Nothing set in stone. Run 3-4 times for 15-20 miles Yoga 1x Strength 1x Swim 1x

Complaints or vents? It's dark and cold for workouts. Now that I'm not heavily training I've trying to focus on other areas of my life and it's been stressful. I do much better at sticking my head in the sand.

What’s your training plan for the week? - Step back week this week. Mon: 30 min speedwork, Tues: 2k swim and probably a run, Wed: Swim, Thurs: 30 min trainer ride/20 min brick, Fri - Shakeout run, Sat - RACE, Sun - rest
Any AWs from last week? - I had one of my best longer runs ever. I am really loving running with my power meter.
Complaints or vents? - My knee is super swollen and full of fluid, and no one can figure out why it's getting worse, not better, despite being in PT. At least the good thing is that it doesn't hurt, and it's not stopping me from doing anything?
What are you training for? Dates? Arlington Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Morning. I will likely walk it and may wear BabyE if it isn’t too cold.
What’s your training plan for the week? Hopefully get officially cleared by my OB to begin exercising at my 6 week Post partum appointment on Thursday! Then some at home workout videos and hopefully some time on the treadmill at the gym this weekend.
