My nearly 10 yo dd has a little milia spot on her cheek. She washes her face regularly and it's just not budging. I've gotten random ones before and ask my derm to remove them when I'm at an appt. I feel a little silly taking her to the derm for a milia spot. However it bothers her and she's a "picker." So far she's left it alone but I don't want her to mess with it and possibly scar her cheek. Any advice?

This is purely anecdotal but if I get one, I use a Dennis gross extra strength peel pad on it, and it comes to a head the next day or the one after. I’m not sure if you’d want to use that on a 10 year-old though.
