Short week next week!

What are your plans this weekend? What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

I don't have any plans really. I'm going to a board meeting for the charity I work with tomorrow. We're assigning roles/duties so it should be interesting. I'm riding with my sponsor, who I actually haven't talked to in a while. It'll be good to get some quality time with her.

I asked this on ML, but I want to ask here too. I have pain in my right shoulder. I'm pretty sure it's in the joint, and it radiates down into my elbow. Would you go to the doctor specifically for this? Or would you wait and mention it at a yearly gyn exam that's coming up in a couple of weeks?

It hurts a lot when I first get up in the morning, then gradually lessens and just kind of aches throughout the day.

I just got back from Mexico. OMG it was an amazing resort. I could have stayed a few more days. Now I have to try and get everything sorted for Thanksgiving. I'm hosting for my husbands family and my brother. 17 people. Yikes! I've bought most of the dry goods and now need to get everything else.

SwimDeep go to the doctor. That's not the kind of thing to just keep ignoring. With your insurance, can your gyn do the referral or will it need to come from your PCP? If your PCP, I'd make that appointment ASAP. It's not going to go away or get better on its own.

tiramisu, I will go to the doctor. My gyn is my PCP, so she can give me a referral wherever I end up needing to go. I think I'm going to call and see if I can get an earlier appointment just for my shoulder. I reached forward for something yesterday and had to stop because of the pain.

I got an appointment for this Wednesday - so glad they could get me in this week!

I don't think I'm sleeping on it weird. I used to sleep with my arm above my head, but stopped doing that once it started hurting (four months ago).
