Good luck racers!!
I'm up and getting ready to fly up to my dad's house. It's under agreement so I'll be lifting weights aka packing pods today with the furniture and other stuff I want to take back.
Today is a short ride, quick appt. at the salon, and some easy clean up from all of the rain this week. Pine needles are everywhere--I get to use my leaf blower.
Typing from my hotel bed. Helping my mom decide what she should wear because she is in a parade this morning. I feel like I am with my friend when she can't decide what to wear to run lol. Today will be sight seeing, parade watching, cupcake eating, and maybe some walking.

I’m meeting my run group for 5 easy miles. The air is borderline between “”nah, it’s fine” and “this is a terrible idea” but is projected to be worse tomorrow.

I just finished a 10k. In new running shoes. Which I hate. Blah. Why is it so hard to find shoes that fit me right? These are too small in the toe box. I knew I shouldn’t let the running store folks talk me into these shoes. So, I guess my first errand this afternoon is to take these back.
I was up at ass o'clock for a 5 mile group run. The 8 hour timed race I was supposed to do today was cancelled. Hope all the racers had a great time out there!
Went to the gym and did back squats, a few light deadlifts and a few cleans.. very out of practice for those. Also then did some rowing, push-ups and planks
Got up to 105lbs for 5 reps for my squats. This is heavier than I’ve done in quite a while
