3 year old daughter? She is the second and has no wishes of her own... just wants whatever her older brother has 😂 She likes dolls (has a bunch & getting another), skating (in skating lessons now), crafts, mickey/minnie/Cinderella, not into tv/movies/shows. She will be getting a tablet for our 14 hour car ride to Disney in February. I need a good splurge toy/Santa present. She doesn’t really have anything to ask Santa for so I can lead her to it.
Things my 4-year-old liked at 3 include magnatiles, jigsaw puzzles, a unicorn jacket, and a baby alive doll. She got a unicorn sleeping bag from Costco for her 4th birthday that was a big hit - they also have a mermaid and a couple other types. I'm thinking about getting her a doll house for her big gift this year.

Puzzles are a good idea. I just got rid of the wooden puzzles because they were too young- we could definitely use some easier jigsaw. She is my “dump & scatter” child, so I am hesitant on a dollhouse with lots of pieces this year.. maybe next.
S is getting I microphone/karaoke type thing since she loves singing and music, a bitty baby, a doll stroller and a doll car seat to share with P. She also is getting hunter boots, ooly paint sticks and some books. My in laws are also getting her a scooter. Other things she loves right now are duplos, our mini trampoline, her balance bike and magnatiles.
You know my second is the same way so we are going with things they both like & use for simplicities sake.
Between us, Santa & grandparents : -melissa & doug 24 piece wooden puzzle -Peaceable Kingdom board games they can play together (currently Candy Landy & Sneaky Snacky Squirrel are hits) -kids cooking subscription -embroidered kid apron -kid headphones for their kindles -schleich dinosaur volcano will be their big Santa present
My dd loves dolls so wellie wishers Ashlyn & Willa, playhouse & stage. Hopper ball Disney kids watch (frozen) Books Magnatiles Sneaky snacky squirrel Candy land Melissa & Doug ice cream set Melissa & Doug floor puzzles (dinos & space) Melissa & Doug camp chair Melissa & Doug vet set (from Costco) New bath toys (boon) New dishes (cheap zak brand from target) PBK carryon luggage
Eta- hula hoop. My child is dying for a hula hoop. I know she will use it once and never pick it up again but I may indulge her since they are under $8 at Target.

FYI the raddish kit comes with an apron (and there is a sibling add on option where you get a second apron/patch for the subscription)! I need to look into sneaky snacks squirrel! I’ve heard about it for years..
My 3-year-old DD is starting to play with her Bitty Baby a lot, so I'm getting her a diaper bag filled with things for Christmas. So far I know it will have outfits, diapers, wipes, bottles, bibs. My grandma is making her a doll sized quilt, too. Thinking about getting a little hooded bath towel or something? I also have a matching coat for her and Bitty. We are expecting another baby in April, so I think that's why she's suddenly so interested in her doll, and I think all of these things will help us prepare her for what is coming, too.
We are also getting her a train set (one of the Ikea ones) and some Daniel Tiger action figures. I'm going to suggest books and a few board games to family who ask. Oh, and Tangled on DVD, and she really wants a Tangled dress up dress. Or more play food for her kitchen, since she plays with that pretty much every day. That was her big gift last year.
Other things we had thought about were an easel, or a dollhouse. She has a little Calico Critter family and loves that, so I thought about getting her a house and furniture for them. But the baby doll stuff won out.
Dinosaurs Toy pony and grooming set Books Puzzles Tool bench and tools Hooded bathrobe Art supplies New placemats and dishes Stuff for camping next summer
We don't have a ton of space, otherwise I'd love to get her something bigger like a play kitchen or an easel. Other things she loves and already has: balance bike, duplo and toy trains.
My daughter will be 3 in February, so a tad younger. She’s getting an easel and accessories, Magnatiles, and some Duplo. We may get her a few more trains for her train set since she’s really into Thomas these days.

preppy - which karaoke microphone are you getting for S? I’ve been thinking of getting one for DD she loves to sing.
We got DS (3) the Little Tikes STEM Jr. Wonder Lab as his big gift. It comes with 20 experiments and you can buy more. It's usually $119, but on sale at Target for $99 (I saw it on sale yesterday, not sure if it is on sale today) and they have 20% off toys this weekend.
ETA: looks like I was wrong, sorry. The 20% was just yesterday.

My youngest is 5 now but she also only wants her older sister has. So I might just buy 2 of each thing and call it good....only half kidding. 3 year old niece is really into bitty babies and dress up clothes/costumes. Maybe a costume wardrobe? Another hit with both my dd2 and niece is this : www.walmart.com/ip/Disney-Princess-Style-Collection-Travel-Vanity/886190052

I’m afraid she will just lose/scatter all of the pieces 😭
My DS1 got a dollhouse at age3. I just put big furniture - like bed, kitchen and bathroom, a few other things and dolls. Little stuff like dishes, small furniture I just kept put away till he was older.

I ordered this one since it had two microphones so P can use it too -

I got her a nugget sofa. She’s recently seen a picture of a plasma car and is into that as well. I also got her a portable CD player/karaoke machine. I got her some CDs and books with CDs. Her birthday is also in December.
T's birthday is Tuesday. Between birthday & Christmas, from us, Santa, grandparents, these are the bigger things she's getting:
Sparkly boots (she gets excited about clothes & shoes, lol) Kid jewelry Make your own jewelry/bead kit Big Skye Paw Patroller thing Cardboard gingerbread house to color (from Michael's) Leapfrog ABC backpack Mr Bucket game Big My Little Ponies Marble Run 18" doll & accessories, (clothes, car, highchair, bed) Remote control car (S got one for his birthday and it's now the "hot" item in our house) More play doh More coloring crap
She pretty much loves to color more than anything else in the world. I'm trying to just embrace that we can have an inexpensive year and she'd be content with markers & endless coloring books & stickers, but that didn't fly with the grandparents, hence the dolls and accessories
She got it last week at the combo family birthday party. Bonus, she swindled nearly everyone there to give her a dollar in her wallet. Kid has like $15 in there now, lol

Sneaky Snacky Squirrel is a big hit with my 3yo DD. She also loves the my hungry caterpillar version of chutes and ladders that we have.
My DD is getting a doll house from Santa and we also got her the doc mcstuffins mobile pet rescue thing because giving checkups to her stuffed animals is her favorite thing ever.
My 4 year old got a Kidcraft dollhouse last Christmas when she was 3. She has played with it every single day since. Totally worth it for us. She also got other various Barbie accessories- such as clothing and accessories, a convertible, and some new dolls like a little sister and brother. She is definitely a Barbie girl. This year her big gift is the Barbie camper van.
She also really likes anything arts and crafts and play doh.

Oohhh yes, so let me know! She is not very good at keeping small things on the table for projects yet (see: the billion googly eyes I am still finding all over the dining room), but I do think she would love this. This is my current target and amazon cart for her. Today she decided she was going to ask Santa for a “kid phone”. So idk what that even means, but made a guess.
