I was supposed to have a 15k today, but it was cancelled due to flooding on the course. So i ran 15k instead (this at least saved me the hour drive, each way, to the race).
Today is my open house... so im about to make myself scarce and pretend it's not going, then later pick up my dog (he's elsewhere for the day, having fun), and go home, like my house wasnt just filled with strangers judging everything about it. And then hopefully some of them feel the urge to buy it.
I did a tabata workout with my friend this morning. Wall balls, burpees, hitting the heavy bag, ab crunches, running in and out of this ladder thing, deadlifts, kettlebell swings .. I’m considering a swim later but it prob won’t happen being realistic lol
I was going to get up early and run, but dd slept until about 7:15 & I decided to be lazy a bit and hung in bed for morning cuddles. (DH got her and brought her into our bed.) After that and some breakfast, I finally made it out for 6 miles. Warm in the sunshine, but totally worth it for the extra sleep and cuddles.
