Still dealing with air quality issues here in Northern California. Friday was by far the worst day.
F: Forced rest S: Hot yoga during the day — by the evening, things had improved somewhat and H and I walked a few miles S: Yoga sculpt (yoga with weights and some cardio)
F: power flow x2. Once in the AM, once in the PM. Sa: in teams of 2. 5 rounds: 40 cals assault bike, 40 deadlifts, 30 hang power cleans, 20 push press (I subbed strict dumbbell press). The weight increased each round. Su: AMRAP 20 minutes. 400m run, 12 box jumps, 21 sit-ups.
Feels good to be in the gym. I have to be very aware of what my neck is doing/how it feels at every moment. I have no ego about it. I’m not keeping any scores. But it’s fun.
I cancelled my gym membership last spring. I don’t love the only gym in my area with babysitting, so I’m trying to find a strength program I can do at home. Has anyone done BBG?
