Why are you falling apart? I now have in addition to TMJ, a full body allergic reaction to something (not sure what) where I want to claw off my skin and have tiny red dots everywhere. And I am getting DS's cold. Since I am not sure what caused the allergic reaction, I am off Motrin which would be helpful with a cold. I am taking steroids due to the allergic reaction which lowers my immune system for the cold to come in.
Dear family and house- I love you DH and the dinner you made last night was Dominican amazingness straight out of Inwood. But the entire house is a disaster, and my mom is coming today. I know you don't care because you like the house messy, I guess. But tomorrow morning, I get to spend the entire morning cleaning to host T-day. I would have done some on the weekend but we had to drive 5 hours one way to see family and celebrate Christmas with my 93 year old Grandma in a nursing home. I really hope we didn't get her sick as we probably had germs then. Then I had to work 2 days, so yeah no time to clean. I am sure my mom will have a few comments when she gets there. In fact, I will probably pre-emptively text her.

Dear DH, Thanks for getting up with DS at 1am, but did you have to being him back to our bed? He pushed me, knee'd me and flung his arms on me all night while you snored away on your side of the bed. Signed, Needing toothpicks to keep my eyes open
Go to the doctor!!!!!!!! You have been sick for a week. If you went this weekend, you would be better by now. Saying you can't leave work is Bs. You are not a prisoner, and I am sure your coworkers would be glad to get you away from them with all if your coughing, groaning, and snorting. If you walk in this door tonight without a full prescription and a steroid shot, I am leaving you home for Thanksgiving.
Signed, quit being so fing stubborn.
Dear day off,
So excited about the day of baking!
Signed, hope it is good.
Dear volleyball camp,
Please, please have some nice girls that will be in Dds class next year. She is already stressed about high school and its November .
Signed, really do not want to pay tuition anymore. (Especially to a small school without a lot to offer)
I'm in your husband's boat - I won't go to the doctor for cold symptoms since they can almost never do anything. I will call the advice line, and their advice is almost always some combination of mucinex, sudafed (from the pharmacist of the meth making variety), and allergy medication. Saves my $20 co-pay and 2 hours of my time.

I think his has settled into a sinus infection and bronchitis, since it is getting worse after 5 days not better. Usually our doc gives a steroid shot or Zpac, and most of the times a round of antibiotics, and that clears it up in a couple if days.
Dear school district, Thank you for responding the way that you did to a rumored active shooter. Since the call came from an outside caller who *thought* they might have heard of a shooter in the building via a police scanner, I think you did the right thing by keeping students in their classes and not saying anything until facts could be verified. You responded promptly with police assistance from the township and county. I know you will do anything and everything to keep the students safe. Sincerely, A grateful parent
Dear parents in school district, Please stop spreading more false rumors on Facebook by speculating what you think happened and bashing the school even though they followed their protocol. Do you honestly believe the school would put our children at risk? Sincerely, Hindsight is always 20/20.

The steroid shot relieves inflammation and gives your body a little boost to start healing. It’s MAGIC for sinus infections. You literally start feeling better on the way home from the office.
Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year. I love looking at lights, bundling up and going to the local amusement park that's all decorated, going to Christmas shows and concerts. We even have plans to take you to a fancy dessert bar. But you can't seem to refrain from acting out in public. Tantrums, crying when you don't get your way, and the fighting. Oooohhh, the fighting. I honestly can't stand it anymore. I've been patient, I've been impatient, I've tried to let you work it out, I've punished... and now we're at a place where I can't take you anywhere because I can't trust your behavior. So... that's what we'll do. Lockdown. At my favorite time of year. Super.

Dear DS, I love that you're telling everyone at school that you're excited to bake a pumpkin pie with me tonight. I have found memories of baking with my mom growing up and I hope you will too. Love, Mom
Dear florist, Did you forget it was Thanksgiving and not Christmas? I've ordered beautiful centerpieces from you for years, and I don't love this years. Not sure if I'll be back next year. Signed, Didn't realize red, pink and green were Thanksgiving colors.
Dear PTO Me and one other parent last night only. No president as she had conflicting events and 4 staff members plus the principal running things. It was a waste of time. I think staff needs to talk up the PTO during conference in 2 weeks to try to get more involvement. Me who isn't free the next 5 months to run events/fundraising
