I’m doing a low-key 10 mile race with some friends today.

It's raining here, and I scheduled today off since the weather is icky. I have to make a grocery store run and then cook 2 easy dishes for Friendsgiving this evening.

I was up and out for an incredibly beautiful sunrise trail run this morning for my birthday. Festivities later to include parking it on the couch in front of the fire with some good cheese, wine, and a movie marathon. Making sushi later for dinner which should be interesting. Last time I tried to roll sushi it came out the size of a wagon wheel.

I got a solid 6 mile run in today. Much needed, I've been struggling mentally in my training for Kiawah.

I cut my long run short by 15 minutes. I am exhausted today.

I ran a mile and a half. My hip still starts hurting around a mile, I wish it would just get better already!
