I feel like a badass when I have an extra long weekend!
Th: 10K that was really 6.5 miles (did no one measure this course?) F: power flow Sa: 5 rounds - 1:00 burpee box jumps, 1:00 kettlebell swings, 1:00 bike for max cals, 1:00 rest Su: 4 miles
