So I found out I am on the list for IVF trial but I wont be called until January and probably wont cycle until February or March.
I got my period today, so I could cycle ONE more time (IUI covered by insurance) this month before we do the IVF trial next year. I am leaning towards trying it again since its just a few hundred dollars to do it and last chance to get a baby this year. And if i DID get pregnant, I could announce to family at Christmas....or eat my sadness in cookies.
What do you all think? Try one more IUI (we only did 2 this year)? (my DH has normal SA).

I would vote try one more IUI. My brother and sister in law conceived their first with IVF and their second, they did IUI while saving up for another round of IVF. They got pregnant with the IUI. Even the RE said "I can't believe this worked!"
Hi ilovecandy! I'm not doing any treatment currently, but you and I were on the board together somewhere around 2014-2016, I think. It's nice to see your name again, although I wish you didn't have to still be here. I really hope the new year brings great things for you.
I'm on vacation this week and it's been anything but relaxing! I had my day 14 ultrasound on Tuesday after they doubled my Clomid dosage from last month. I still only have one follicle and they wanted 2-3. DH and I decided to go through with the IUI this month anyway. If I'm not pregnant, they want to increase my Clomid again which terrifies me, because I had horrible side effects this month.
So yesterday we had our IUI (which didn't hurt for the first time!), DH accepted a manager's position at work which we've been waiting to hear about for weeks, AND DS had his first speech therapy appointment. I was completely overwhelmed by 2pm! So fingers crossed the IUI works, but I'm not getting too hopeful.
