Training schedule for the week? Mon - 50 min run, Tues - swim, Wed - 50 min run, Thur - 7 mi run, Fri - 6 mi run, Sat - 11 mi run, Sun - Rest
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I ate way too many Thanksgiving leftovers! Tis the season for delicious food and I have a hard time saying no.
Any AW's or brags? My son and I did our annual Turkey Trot 5K. He did great! We made a goal of sub-30 and he got 28:24.
Bonus questions: Any black friday/cyber monday purchases you're excited about? H&F or non H&F? My H and I signed up for the Parkway Classic 10 miler again. It's such a fun race and I look forward to it every year.
Non H&F - I got my DS a Nintendo Switch for Xmas and I'm excited to play it.

What are you training for? Date? Paris Marathon 4/14
Training schedule for the week? M- rest T- Run 6 W- Run 5 T- Lift F-Rest S- run 7-8 S- run 4
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I have very limited motivation right now and am being indecisive about everything related to marathon training & working out.

Training schedule for the week? Sunday: 2 hour, 15 minute road ride Monday: Yoga Tuesday & Wed.: Trainer ride w/intervals Thursday: Recovery ride Friday: Off Sat.: Pre-race openers ride
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! It's supposed to rain Friday-Sunday. The course will be a muddy mess this Sunday. I will either take the day off to cheer everyone on, take photos, etc. or break out the old, old bike and "race."

Bonus questions: Any black friday/cyber monday purchases you're excited about? H&F or non H&F? Non H&F I got a "coffee cart" for the kitchen I'd had my eye on. I saved $30-60 over similarly priced ones. I also bought a 3rd Amazon Echo Dot for the other floor of the house. H&F: Not really anything. I had planned to get a computer for my new mtb and happened to take it to the shop Friday for that and some "break in" maintainance. Garmin/GPS doesn't give really accurate distance and speed info. in the woods even with a sensor.
5 mile trail run 12/8, then 2018 races are a wrap. Then winter base building/cross training for 2019 adventures.

Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! - Just still no answers for my knee. My ortho and PT seem to be at odds with each other, and my insurance denied a request for a lubricating injection, so my only option is cortisone again.

Any AW's or brags? Carb loading works (second Thanksgiving)! Haha, did 15 miles on Sunday (planned on 10) because I felt good. Longest new distance by 2 m!
Also I've been feeling good and easy running longer runs 3-4 times a week. I'm happy. I think the change in my workout routine over vacation has bumped me over another plateau.

Technically nothing yet, but I signed up for the same trail running group I ran with last winter, and I also signed up for the 50k that was cancelled last March. Ultramarathon take 2.
Training schedule for the week?

General complaint for the next 4 months: It’s cold and dark. I’m also sad that I won’t get to run as much with my friends for the next few months, because we have different winter training plans.

I ran a 10 mile race on Saturday and did pretty well, considering it was hilly AF and I didn’t train or taper for it at all.

I ordered a new pair of trail running shoes and a jacket. I also got DH a pair of Bluetooth headphones for his birthday.
Training schedule for the week? One more long run and 2 medium/short ones.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I was trying to figure out why I feel so burnt out on running right now. Last night I realized that I've trained for 2 fulls and 3 halves over the course of 2018. I know thats not a big deal for some, but it's the most long distance training I've done in nearly 4 years since before I got pregnant. I'm definitely feeling it mentally.
