It’s supposed to be warm and sunny today so I am def running even though sundayvis usually a rest day.
Enjoy it while you can!
I'm doing a 5k, my first and last 5k of the year! I'm really hoping for a pr, and the weather is perfect (50 at race time, and overcast but not windy). And it's at a brewery, so there's good beer at the finish!
It's supposed to be 72 out today; yesterday the forecast said 60. I packed leggings and fleece for today's race. I think I'll throw a pair of shorts & a t-shirt in my bag. It's cloudy out now but will hopefully be sunny later. This is going to be a very muddy race (if I race).
I'm on vacation. I just watched two people run on the beach while I drank my coffee. I'll run tomorrow maybe..might hit up the yoga in the palapa later...ahhhhh
I'm up for coffee and will go on a little hike later close to home, then yoga. My calves and hammies are hating me this week. Getting some shopping done and possibly our tree but we'll see.
I made my right hamstring super angry climbing on Friday. I worked it last night and so far it’s feeling better today. I slept in (thank you, downstairs neighbors, for having yet another fucking party last night) and have been laying in bed for an hour lol, waiting on the rain to stop.
I’d like to do 10 miles this afternoon and then yoga class. Not feeling awesome with this cold and my period, but i can’t pass up on this mild/high 50s weather.
Update: ugh, I talked myself into a rest day. I hate sitting still, but I have a bad habit of doing too much making myself sicker and I don't have time for that.
You guys. I got at 4 minute PR at my 5k! The last one I did (and my previous PR) was last year's turkey trot, so I'm really happy with how much my time has improved in the last year.

That's amazing!! Congrats
Thanks! I was super excited and surprised that my actual time was so fast! Now I'll have to set a new goal for 2019
