Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! My hamstring does NOT like this one climbing route I was working on, so on the hand, I probably shouldn't... but on the other hand, I want to finish it.
What are you training for? Date? New years day 5k, National Women's half 5/5
Training schedule for the week? M - pt and weights T - yoga and cycle W - volunteer in DS's classroom, so hopefully at least a treadmill run T - pt and yoga F - run and weights S - rest day, recover from DH's work Christmas party S - yoga workshop
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! The water heater at the gym is messed up, so it's pretty much impossible to take a shower. So I've been avoiding the pool all week, because I can't stand swimming without being able to shower after.
Any AW's or brags? I got a huge PR at my 5k last weekend. It's been about a year since my last 5k, and I took off 4 minutes. I'm super excited about it!
Bonus question: What is your favorite Holiday treat?? All of them? I think I'll go with the classic sugar cookies with royal icing

Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Traveling for work this week so stuck on the treadmill and no strength class this week. Also I overdid it on my long run this weekend so taking it easy this week.

Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! - I am ready for this semester to be over. The amount of stupid emails I have gotten from students in the last 2 days about their grades is going to drive me to drink. I'm really sorry you didn't do half of the assignments, but no, I'm not letting you do 'extra assignments' to make up for it. I'm not doing extra work because you couldn't be bothered to do yours.
