I want to get something for my physical therapist who has been putting up with me for months and I still have at least 3 more months of pt. He is super healthy/fit so no food gifts and he doesn’t drink coffee. I know he is a cross fitter and is into hiking. Any ideas or should I just give a card or nothing?
The year I was in PT around the holidays I didn't. I think of them as medical professionals and not someone I'd tip/buy a gift for. Maybe you could get them a small gift card to their favorite coffee place?
I never have. I did take my old PT a box of local candy after my first marathon because she helped me a lot, including taping my knee every Friday before long runs.
I'm sure he'd appreciate anything whether it be solely a card, a gift card, etc. That being said, as a speech pathologist that works with kids and has run the gamut of holiday gifts over the last 12.5 years...cards with a nice note are the ones I remember the most (and keep in my drawer for when I'm having a crap day).
