I just need to vent (working mom frustration)

95% of the time I'm sick or one of the girls is sick it's when H is out of town. It sucks and I totally feel your pain. Having a nanny does help with that, but there are downsides as well.
Is your work something you can do from home? Maybe not to your full potential, but little things that might help you not fall so much behind?
