What are you training for? Date? RnR DC half, early March Pittsburgh half, early May
Training schedule for the week? M-Crosstrain T-Crosstrain W-off? Tomorrow is the worst TH-run 4 F-run 4 Sat-Run 8 or 9 Sun-Run 10k
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I have no extra time in my life. And I have no earthly clue how I’m going to fit fall marathon training around my summer work schedule without having to either get up at 3am or split my workouts. I’m marginally hopeful that I can flex my hours a bit to allow for sleep.
Any AW's or brags? I got into Chicago! See above for the cause of my current anxiety, ha!
Bonus question: What's your favorite X-Mas decoration? I have an ornament that I made when I was 3 out of popsicle sticks with my preschool picture glued to it. Fave! And also our stuff flamingo with a Santa hat. He stays out year round.

Training schedule for the week? Mon - Rest, Tues - Swim + Strength, Wed - 6 mi, Thur - 6 mi, Fri - 8 mi, Sat - Rest, Sun - 6 mi
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! We have so much stuff going on between kids activities and other holiday parties and whatnot. I'm very stressed about it. I don't know what I was thinking when we signed up for all this crap.
Any AW's or brags? I PRed my half marathon for a 2nd time at Kiawah by 16 seconds! It was such a fun weekend and I'm missing all my H&F peeps.

What's your favorite X-Mas decoration? I made this a few weeks ago at a local woodshop. I'm really happy how it turned out.

Training schedule for the week? Sunday: Trainer Ride Monday: Pre ride CX Course Tuesday: Non-Championships CX Race Wed.: Rollers Thursday: CX NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS RACE Friday--? Couch! It's the off season, and I'm taking some time off the bike.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! Half of the course is like grease and is unrideable. Ugh!
Bonus question: What's your favorite X-Mas decoration? Stockings on the mantle.

What are you training for? Date? I don't know, I think the next thing I'm signed up for is the women's half on 5/5
Training schedule for the week? Sunday - rest day Monday - pt and some kind of cardio Tuesday - yoga and swim Wednesday - 3 mile run and probably some weights Thursday - pt and yoga Friday - 3 mile run and swim Saturday - I don't know yet, DH is supposed to be laying wreaths at Arlington in the morning (in the rain) so it depends on when he gets home
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! I don't think so, I'm just trying to survive the holidays and the off season without losing too much fitness and gaining too much weight

M: 7 mile run, body pump T: 7 mile track workout, spin class and core W: spin and body pump Th: 6-7 mile hill run, will try to do core and stretching F: 5-6 mile easy run Sat: 14 mile trail run Sun: rest/recover

I think I strained my hamstring 2.5 weeks ago. The good news is it's starting to feel better (more like a dull ache instead of a sharp pain). I have a PT appointment on Wednesday.
What are you training for? Date? Trail 50k mid January
Training schedule for the week? Uhhh Monday-I skipped a run to take my son to practice Tuesday- I did do strength Wed-I am currently skipping my 4:30 am treadmill run Thursday- I’m missing my group run for the winter concert Friday: I may be able to squeeze a run in alone in the dark at night after I drop DS off at a birthday party Sat: Can’t get my run in because of breakfast with Santa Sun: Can’t do that either because of a family Christmas breakfast

Any AW's or brags? Last week I did 12 trail miles with 1750 feet elevation and felt so great I could have done another hour. The only thing was I was starving but if I have an aid station I think I’d be ok for 4 hours.
Bonus question: What's your favorite X-Mas decoration? We have a ladder shelf and I love putting old holiday pictures on it.

Training schedule for the week? Mon - Rest, Tue - 2300 swim and strength, Wed - 65 minute trainer session, 20 min progressive brick, Thurs - 2300 swim and strength, Fri - 30 min hill repeats and strength, Sat - 90 min ride, Sun - long run.
Any issues/vents/complaints? Vent away! My students are driving me to drink. No, really. I got an email last night that was so infuriating, I walked downstairs and took a swig of bourbon.
Any AW's or brags? 9 minute half marathon PR at Kiawah this weekend!
Bonus question: What's your favorite X-Mas decoration? My Dickens Village set. It's gotten to be so big, I don't put it out anymore because it takes so long to put out and break down. It's still my favorite though.
