5 mile run and maybe a ride for me. I’m having so much fun with these “shorter” workouts. We have a house full of guests and they are a must for my sanity.
I'm up, baked cinnamon rolls, and I am now drinking coffee while the little one plays. I'll either go to the gym or run with my mom at some point today. Some combination of my parents and the ILs are going to watch the little man while Mr. GT and I get l/brunch.
I am heading out to mountain bike before the rain comes in. This cold won't go away, so I'm riding but with as little intensity as possible. Ugh...go away cold!

I have the start of a cold so skipped my bike ride. I did a shoulder lifting video instead. Now to organize my house and figure out a game plan for tomorrow.
I missed this but I did 16 miles of trail on Sunday! That’s more trail mails than I’ve ever had. On legs that ran 8 trail miles the day before. Still very unprepared for my 50k but that was an eye opener. Now I have plans for the next two weekends.
I ran 7 miles. My gosh it was amazing to actually run a longer distance. I loved it. I haven’t run that distance since June. I plan on focusing on running again this next year because it’s time to get back to it. I took a 2 year break and I’m ready to go back to it.
