My mom and ILs just left and I’m enjoying a giant mimosa. I’ve been cooking all day then cleaning after each meal and my feet are so swollen.

DH is upset he only bought me one gift. As he does every year, he waits until Christmas Eve to go shopping for me. He has a nasty rash on his foot so instead of going shopping, I made him go to urgent care to get antibiotics. It spread within a few hours so I didn’t want him to wait until tomorrow. Apparently he has developed an allergy to tape adhesive. I don’t care about gifts but he’s all mopey. He did get me a gift certificate for a 45 minute foot massage and 45 minute back message. Can’t wait to use it!

I’m off all week so I have no clue what I’m doing.

Merry Christmas! We got back a bit ago and there is sooo much stuff. Plus the kids were super overtired and cranky when we got back.. at least E passed back out in bed but A is awake and doesn't want to stay in bed. But we all had a pretty good day! No other plans this week which will be nice! I'm happy to have a short week because I don't want to go to work tomorrow

I hope everyone had a great Christmas!! We have been very busy. Christmas Eve at my parents house, home for Christmas Day (my parents came by for a little while...we also had to pack for a trip to ILs). We have been at ILs since yesterday and are leaving sometime on Sat. I am so ready to be home. L has been so clingy and will only sleep on me. It’s 8:30p and I am stuck in the room and neither boy is asleep.

We did have a great time celebrating C’s bday and Christmas so very thankful for that! They both got a ton of stuff which has made entertaining them pretty easy! I don’t think we will do a trip like this again anytime soon though...it would have been nice to stay home and just enjoy all their new toys...plus, birthday, Christmas, and a “mini vacation” (LOL) is just too much.

Roads are sheer ice and H is sick so.. today will be fun with all of us at home! I'm hoping so much that it was something he ate and not another stomach bug because I don't want it!

I just took all the Christmas decorations down and put away. The house is nice and clean and put clean sheets on the bed. I now cannot wait to go to bed lol.

I kinda want to go downtown and walk around, maybe go to the coffee shop but don’t feel like being social.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! After basically a wasted week of being sick and now a holiday week, I feel so far behind on everything. I need a few more days stuck into this week so I can get stuff done.

How is your H feeling estrellita?

We made it back from ILs. Feels so good to be home! Both boys didn’t sleep well while we were away...hoping L goes back to sleeping better and not insisting on being close to me. We are heading to a local brewery for dinner and then early bedtime for the boys!

luv2rn4fun Better! I'm thinking it was something he ate but possibly just a quick bug. So far the rest of us seem to be fine so hopefully it stays that way!

Spoke too soon, now A is sick. Crap. Hoping if E and I catch it it's on my day off Tues! Poor girl is so miserable

I slept horribly last night and woke up with a headache. DH wants to go out for the afternoon so I’m hoping the Tylenol kicks in soon. He made a plan and was excited so I don’t want to ruin his day by saying I rather relax. I think he planned a few breweries so maybe after a beer or 2 I won’t care about the headache lol.
