I ate so much this week (and last week, and the week before). I understand why people try to get a fresh start in January.
Friday - 5 mile run Saturday - 14 mile run Sunday - spin class and some strength work Monday - 7 mile run Tuesday - 6 mile run Wednesday - back to the gym for more spin and strength
Saturday- 2500m rowing and a core workout, plus a 2 mile jog w/some walking in the afternoon (26 minutes for 2 miles)
Sunday - 3 mile hike with the kids (their longest! They did great) plus 45 minutes of strength training at the gym (deadlifts, bench press and a few other things)
Monday- rest/no time for exercise
Tuesday- 3 mile jog w/ some walking breaks (36 minutes for 3 miles)
Today- went to the y and did squats, bench, pull downs, burpees, box jumps, kettlebell swings, core stuff and 2000m rowing
I miss biking! It’s been too cold though, or it finally warms up above freezing and then immediately starts pouring rain making the trails soggy and terrible. Feel like I haven’t biked in months
Fri: 8 mi + strength Sat: 8 mi Sun: Rest Mon: 8 x 600, 400 recovery, 1 mi warm up/cool down Tues: 7 mi + strength Wednesday: unplanned rest, too hungover. I tried to swim but there was an aqua fit class going on.
