1. Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, month/cycle, CD, DPO) TTC #2, cycle 7, 6 DPO (according to FF, although I think it’s more like 3-4)
2. Any tests this week? Not this week, HPT next week.
3. Any New Years Resolutions? It’s not really my thing. I have plans for some cleaning, organizing and decluttering, but that’s it. My parents and my brother/SIL seemed to have termed up and bought giant vehicles for DS for Christmas so I need to find a way to make the playroom and living room less obnoxious. Joy of joys.
4. Questions, randoms? Not really. We had s nice Christmas, but I’m glad it’s over. I have to go into the office for a few hours tomorrow morning but am otherwise off until the 2nd.
1. Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, month/cycle, CD, DPO) ttc1, CD65 (damn pcos)
2. Any tests this week? nope
3. Any New Years Resolutions? I always say I'm going to do one and never really do. For me it's just to continue with keto and finally get a bfp
4. Questions, randoms? None, I'm starting to freak out though. I have all my meds and we're staying IVF soon. I'll have to start provera first to force a period, we're driving back to WI to see family Jan 7-12 so period should be right after we get back and then starting stims right away.

1. Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, month/cycle, CD, DPO) TTC #2, Cycle 2, CD 17, O anytime now?
2. Any tests this week? I’m regretting not buying OPKs, but we’ve been BDing alternate days since CD10. My cycle is definitely extended thanks to my 9 day period at the beginning of this cycle.
3. Any New Years Resolutions? Keep the weight that I’ve lost off and keep up with drinking less generally (obviously both are out the window if I’m pregnant).
4. Questions, randoms? My Sister just announced at Christmas. I’m super excited for her. She’s still pretty early so we might not be far apart. My Stepsister also said she’s trying so we may all have 2019 babies.
OPKs right now. Got a super positive one this morning so I’ll probably O tomorrow or Saturday. I haven’t been temping this cycle to hopefully obsess a little less. If I O tomorrow, we’ll have hit O-2 and O-4 and will hopefully get O day too.
I usually make some and don’t follow through. This year I’ve lost a little weight but not a ton, I’ve made some strength gains, we paid off a little over half our CC debt and I got an awesome job and passed the vascular ultrasound board. This next year I’d like to lose more weight if not pregnant soon, pay off the rest of our CCs and most of my car and make some kind of move towards living closer to my job. I’d like to run a half marathon, probably in the fall. I’m hoping if I register for one, I’ll get pregnant. Ha. It would be money well spent.
This is such a stupid question, but what does everyone do in regards to exercise in the TTW? Logically I know that everything should be fine, but I also worry about it. I do a lot of HIIT, which I love but I worry that it might be too intense. But I don’t want to alter my workout schedule every 2-3 weeks on the off chance I could be pregnant. I feel stupid thinking this because I know women get pregnant doing high intensity exercise all the time, like Serena Williams, but I can’t help myself from worrying about it.

I am keeping up with my normal routine which is really just one or two nights a week of fairly high intensity cardio playing ultimate frisbee. I wouldn’t want to reduce unless if I need pelvic rest or the doctor recommended that I do less. During my last pregnancy I dropped Ultimate after two months since I was feeling winded all the time (I was in a really competitive winter league so it was a stretch for me to play with them normally). I switched to yoga twice a week and then eventually prenatal yoga once a week with more long walks.

1. Where are you at on this journey? (TTC#, month/cycle, CD, DPO) TTC #2, Cycle 3, 7 DPO
2. Any tests this week? Nope. TWW.
3. Any New Years Resolutions? Lots! But mostly all are about re-centering myself after a crazy stressful year, getting healthy again, and finding a good routine as a family (just got married in April and now have 2 step-daughters and we just moved, so lots of adjustments!)
4. Questions, randoms? We get really enthusiastic when I get the high fertility days on OPKs, but I seem to get the peak days later than the normal, so by the time we get to peak, we get a little burnt out and so end up missing the peak time, so I am afraid our timing is completely off and we’ll never get pregnant. But also trying to not stress and just go with whatever happens.

I am also a late ovulator. Usually between 17-19. But a few times as late as CD 21. Basically I observe my CM ball and once it starts to get watery then we’ll start BDing every other day. Typically not until day 13-14. I just can’t get it up to start BDing on CD 10.

That’s good to hear because I see a lot of people seeing REs that tell them to really cut can on working out, especially after a transfer. I know logically that an embryo/egg/whatever won’t bounce out of a uterus, but that doesn’t stop it lurking at the back of my mind. Haha.

When we were doing IUI I used to be really big into boot camp style workouts and my RE knew about it and was ok with it. All he said was just to take it easy on the weekends and if I really wasn't feeling like working out than not to push it. I've since stopped and just walk now but it's for reason's other than infertility. We are starting IVF in a couple week (eek) and my new RE said exercise is fine just not hot tubs or anything to "cook" my insides, I asked about swimming and he was fine saying it's a good all body workout and is low impact.
