Nashville area

Booking agirls trip to Nashville in march with ten women in our 40s. Looking to rent a house. Found a great house but it's on fern Ave and some people are concerned about that area. It looks like is up and coming.
Thoughts on this area? Or other suggestions for places to stay not too far from Broadway bars.

I don’t know that area at all but it’s a bit far from the tourist path. If your goal is to experience Nashville, that’s way out of the way.

If you look on a map, I’d try to stay south of I-65. The more south you go, the more “prime” Nashville you’ll get.

I used to live just a little south of there but I wouldn't choose to be there. I would focus east of 31E and South of Douglas if you're going to be in East Nashville.
Otherwise, Germantown and the Gulch usually have some good options and would be a quick uber ride to Broadway.

Before I moved there I booked directly through playlistproperties.com/ and we had a great experience. We booked a townhouse in the Gulch area.
