What was your total distance for 2018? Running: 2,036 miles Bike: 222 miles Swim: 1200 yards (lol)
How did your mileage stack up to previous years? My total running miles for the last 5 years combined is 12,099! I think it is okay that my mileage was down a bit this year

How did you do for December? 80.17 run miles. Most of any month of 2018.
What was your total distance for 2018? 733 run miles for 2018.
How did your mileage stack up to previous years? Better than 2016 and 2017. I didn’t keep track/don’t want to go back and add it up for 2015. I assume, though, that 2015 was similar to 2016/2017, so less than 2018. I’m aiming for 2019 to be even more!
I didn't track my spin, yoga or lifting classes. I should start to do that!
2018- 500 miles. My lowest mileage year yet (since I started tracking) and I feel great about it. I really needed the break after my 2nd marathon of the year.
December was 210.59 miles on the gym bike and 36.4 miles run.
2018 was: 1,988.24 miles bike (had I realized this yesterday I would have gone more) 458.35 miles run 18.34 miles swum 18.67 miles elliptical 208x2 exercises with weights
Everything except weightlifting was an increase over 2017. I worked out 297/365 days (81%), "streaked" January, April and October, did a 30 day squat challenge, loved my first summer on a masters swim team, consistently ran trails with a friend, did two halfs, a 10k, 5 miler and sprint tri, and gave blood three times. I was slowed down by a few colds, poison ivy and a rolled ankle, but in all I cannot complain one bit!
December: Run: 136.5 miles (highest for the year so far!) Swim: 5960 yards (lowest for the year) Strength: 2x week and one yoga class!
Yearly: Run: 1179.9 miles Swim: 89.8 miles Bike:823.9 miles outside + 44hr 25 min on the trainer
Lower running than last year, but higher than years before that due to injury.
This is the calendar year that I've not been marred by injury or recovery from injury since 2014. Even in 2014, I started the year pretty low mileage since I was 5 months post partum. It feels good to have a solid year where I didn't have anything holding me back.
What was your total distance for 2018? 1257 miles run
How did your mileage stack up to previous years? It's a bit of a step back from the last two years. I wanted to focus more on getting a good strength routine going. Now that I feel pretty solid with that I think I am ready to bump mileage back up for 2019!

How did you do for December? Run - 142.29
What was your total distance for 2018? Run 1423.34 Bike 861.63 Swim 29825 yds (18 ish miles)
How did your mileage stack up to previous years? I'm up across all 3 disciplines and had a really solid year. In 2017 I ran 1217.94, biked 574.84 and swam 5.35 ish miles. I didn't track strength or yoga but would guess I was also up in those areas.
According to my Garmin connect app, I ran 21.7 miles. In 2018. Lol. So I may amend my 2019 goals to include a bit more mileage explicitly. Of course that number doesn't include any running as part of CrossFit workouts, so in reality I ran significantly more than that. But, uh, yeah, hoping to run more.
December: 93 miles run (and actually, this is my highest mileage month by a mile, in spite of the holidays!) Strength: 6 or 7 times? Climbing: 3x a week
2018: 726 miles run Started working with a trainer in July, lifted 2x per week Started climbing in September, LOVE IT. It's not really quantifiable but I climb 3x a week and new things are clicking for me.
How did your mileage stack up to previous years? I only started running again in June of 2017, lol. I did about 200 miles in 2017.
My weekly/monthly mileage increased significantly throughout 2018, and my speed is improving, and my bum knee is doing pretty well (really well, compared to the past), and I love it and want more in 2019.

How did you do for December? Walked 85.3 Ran - sometimes a walk with the dog turns into a run, so maybe about 30?
What was your total distance for 2018? 1,073
How did your mileage stack up to previous years? Pretty much the same - but more of it was running since the spring. Hopefully that continues into this year!
