I don’t have any real advice. Just didn’t want to read and not post. I remember getting my high FSH level in march and it was crushing. On a positive note, I have seen success on these boards and others with your AMH level. ((Hugs))

Thank you. I truly appreciate the internet hugs. I feel pretty lost and defeated right now.
There are several ladies on the grad board who had lower AMH and conceived. One dud through two rounds of IVF. Another conceived naturally! It can happen. IVF is probably the best bet, is that what your doctor recommended?
My AMH is 1, and I’m 33. My doctor recommended IVF but we decided to try IUI for 3 rounds bc it was covered by insurance and it worked to conceive my dd.

Thank you for sharing, starryfish. I'm so happy for you that you conceived your daughter with this same issue. I don't know if IVF is the right road for us. The success stories without it, like yours, give me hope. Thank you and I wish you good luck ❤️
I was just thinking about this thread so I wanted to come back and add that when I had my initial tests run in March, my FSH was 17, my AFC was 6, but they didn’t test my AMH. I took CoQ10, along with some other supplements, ate low carb/high protein,, quit drinking caffeine and limited alcohol to weekends, and started acupuncture. When I went back in June, my FSH was 11,my AFC was 15 and my AMH was 1.07. So I think there are steps you can take that help. Unfortunately for us, we were not able to conceive naturally or with IUIs. But again, there are lots of success stories out there, even with AMH numbers that are lower. Hope you are feeling better today!

That's amazing that you did that in 3 months! Thank you so much for coming back and sharing.
I started to see an acupuncturist is December. She's been really helpful and had me adjust some of my diet. I try to drink bone broth now and keep my body temp up with warm foods and drinks. I've definitely added more protein and am more conscientious about less carbs (the holidays, woof). I decided to do dry January as well (see also: holidays), which I think I'll keep rolling with. I started seeing posts about dropping the coffee when I was googling yesterday 😢. It will be a challenge, but I'll start wearing myself off now. It's worth a solid try.
How much CoQ10 were you doing? I've been doing 200mg/daily. I also have added Omega-3s, VitD, Maca, in the last two months. I've been trying to give my eggs a 3 month pampering. Maybe I'll request testing again I'm another month or so. Thank you.

At my peak, I was taking 600 mg/day of CoQ10 but eventually back off to 200 mg/day. I went cold turkey on the coffee. I do not recommend. LOL. But it really did get better after a week to 10 days. I know people said this to me and I never believed them, but I felt better after kicking caffeine.

Lol. I would be so miserable going cold turkey. Thank you for reinforcing my idea to wean 😂 I did half reg and half decaf this morning. Years ago I didn't drink it at all, but once I was working in an office with a coffee machine I got hooked, and now it's such a habit. Thank you for telling me it'll be ok!
Hey there, Im a grad but my AMH qent from 1.0 dueing my first IVF where i got 22 eggs to .26 for my second ivf where i got 10 eggs but only 6 mature and the 2 that fetilized were crap. I say this because i took a ton of coq10, a prenatal vitamin, and waited a year and when i did ivf 4 my amh had risen close to 1 again. While i only got 10 eggs again, 4 were fertilized beautofully and i had 3 day 5 blasts which had never happened before. 1 is my son and i have 1 frozen still so dont let the number get you down, you still have some good eggs in there and it doesnt take a ton! Case in point. Ivf number 1 with the 22 eggs...i ended up with 3 day 5 blasts just like i did at ivf 4 with only 10 eggs. Plus my last time the quality were much better. They can do stim protocols for this as well. Message me if you want some specifics. I feel like ive done it all.
