I am the worst at remembering to take medication, esp things new to my routine, so I'm on the hunt for a way to organize all the meds/vitamins and a way to track it all.

For me injections have been easy because they've all been once a day type things. I do them at 9pm because I am pretty much guaranteed to be home by then and I go to bed at 10 so I usually inject myself and then chill in bed for an hour. I store them on my bathroom counter (each day after I take my injections I lay out the ones for the next day).
Prenatal and vitamin D I keep on my nightstand and take before bed. No big deal. I've taken them for years so it's habit.
What I have struggled with big time is the Estrace. I've been taking it 3 times a day since early November and it is like IMPOSSIBLE for me to remember/take them at the same times everyday. What has worked best is a pill sorter that I keep on my bathroom counter. I put 2 pills in for each day and I take one when I wake up and 1 before bed as I am brushing my teeth. I have another container on my desk at work and put in one pill per day in there. I try to remember to take it mid day. This is the pill I've missed or been late on the most.

I do phone alarms for mine, even the evening ones which are easier to remember. I agree with icedcoffee, the 3x a day of estrace is the worst! I use a pill sorter so I can tell when I've taken the dose each day. I keep it in my purse so it travels with me to work and back home, and I use my phone alarm as a reminder. The phone also helps for waking up early to take AM meds on the weekend (ugh).
If I was a paper calendar person I would probably keep a paper calendar and write in each day's meds and cross them off when I take them, but I'm not lol.
I’ve used phone alarms and a white board app. For the white board I just mark when I’ve take a pill in each category (estrace, PIO, Prednisone, Prenatal, etc) so I can make sure I didn’t forget any. The midday estrace has been the easiest to forget.
I did phone alarms and also used an over the door shoe hanger in my bathroom to organize them all. That was a game changer - plus it was right on the back of the bathroom door where I could see them and they would remind me.
My IVF coordinators have always given me a paper calendar with my meds and appointments for each day. I taped the calendar to my bathroom mirror. I would cross off when I've taken the med, and write where it was injected (so I can rotate sites). I also did phone alarms to remind me to actually take the med, especially if it was something that I didnt take at my "usual" time (like lupron was usually in the morning, and trigger shots were at odd times).
I'm a very visual person so the paper calendar was the biggest help for me.
We are doing IVF and I have a calendar that I keep on the fridge and in my office (I WFH). I also keep a notebook on my desk that has the meds by day and I check them off when I've done them.
