Discovery of Witches TV show - Available in US

Discovery of Witches is on Sundance Now in case anyone wants to watch it. If you don't have cable, you can stream it. I subscribed to the channel and there is a 7 day free trial. It's $6.99/mo after that. I just watched the first episode and it's GOOD!

I just finished the first season and saw that there will be two more seasons, one for each of the books. I was a little disappointed in the season. I think if it had been a little longer, they could have done some justice to the details and what not. Each episode was a MAJOR event in the book but it felt choppy and very surface-level.

I completely agree with this! And their effects budget was not what it needed to be. Some of those flying scenes and the like were extra cheesy. I adore the books for their intelligence, but felt the show was more of a Cliff's Notes approach to the depth of the books.
