Im awake but havent gotten up. I slept like shit last night.
I need to get up and see how bad out it is, the snow stopped early and it seemed mostly like sleet and rain, so hopefully its not icy out. If it is, ill head to the gym for my 50 minutes, or maybe see if there are open otfs this morning.

I’m up and heading out for an hour run now. It’s supposed to get colder today as the day goes on. That’s about it. If DD isn’t napping I’d love to go to the gym for yoga if not I may do a yoga video at home.

I’m up, watching it snow while I finish my coffee. Then I’m off to the gym for some more treadmill miles. 6? 7? I’ll decide once I get started and see how I feel. I’m so over the treadmill.
It's 35 and windy. I'm going outside in a bit to see if I am going to ride outside on the trainer. Depends on the windchill. On a day like this I'd normally go for a mtb ride, but it rained yesterday & most of the local trails are closed. I need to take one of my bikes to the shop to have it looked at.
*Ok the wind is now gusting to 30+ mph with windchills in the lower 20s. Trainer ride it is.
I've been up for a while and shoveled while DH did the snowblower. Took the hound on a run around the block. Might snowshoe later but honestly the wind is sort of nasty and I'm not sure how enjoyable it will be.
Today is a rest day so just yoga therapy ball class later.
This week all my runs have been miserable (mentally/physically) and I had a rough week. So Friday night I made my semi-annual batch of "Feeling Really Lousy Cupcakes" and ate 8?? of them on Friday night, then had 2 cupcakes for breakfast Saturday, and went out and ran a great/fast 14 miles.
So now I'm debuting my Fueled By Cupcakes™ fitness program. I'm gonna make millions!
