F: 30 min stepmill w/15lb pack Sa: yoga, 2mile walk, shoveling Su: shoveling, 45 min snowshoeing
Mon: upper body & core. My office is closed but my dept is working. At least we get a floater to use on a day of our choice. Plus, I can basically wear sweatpants if I want, and I'm seriously considering it.
Friday: Rest Saturday: Did 7 miles. It was windy as hell and towards the end I thought my legs were going to give out. Trying to do Whole 30 at the same time as marathon training was probably not my brightest idea. I don't think I ate enough Friday for Saturday's 7 miles. Sunday: I'm supposed to cross train. I'll probably do 30 on the elliptical later tonight. Monday: Rest
Friday- 70 burpees Saturday- 38 burpees, bike and rower Sunday-40 burpees and snow shoveling I have spin class tomorrow at noon. Work is closed for the holiday.
I also did a lot of deep breathing during the Pats game..I felt like I was in yoga.. except much more stressed! It all worked out, as the Pats won!
F: power flow Sa: was supposed to be 3 rounds - 40 cals on bike, 2 rounds of 10 burpees, 10 lunges, 10 sit-ups, 10 goblet squats. I made it 2 rounds and felt like garbage. I hadn’t slept a full night in over a week. Su: rest
