Mon: Frozen pasta dinner with garlic bread and veggie Tue: BBQ chicken tacos from crock pot Wed: Leftovers/ DH has a cubscout thing with DS, so DD and I might go and do something fun Thur: Working late, DH will feed the kids out somewhere Fri: Lemon chicken from kit, with side and veggie
Sun- Spaghetti, I talked to DH about him stealing my easy meal and thus making the same meal 2 times in the week because I usually make it Thursday and basically him just phoning in his portion of the meals, and he took a vote with the kids (the stinker) and they all voted they could have spaghetti 2 times a week. DNW
Mon- Peapod meal kit of pesto basil pasta with artichoke, spinach, chicken and tomatoes. Pretty good, nice and light maybe a bit bland.
Tues- Probably Mcdonalds because we have basketball at 5:30
Sun: we hosted a sledding party and ordered some pizzas MOn: lasagna that was pre made and we pulled from the freezer Tues: pork tenderloin steaks and green beans Wed: left overs Thurs: stuffed peppers in the crock pot Fri: no idea
Sun - Tomato soup (need new lactose free recipe or will try with plant “butter”) Mon - salmon with avocado/tomato, pan seared shrimp, zucchini Tues - teriyaki (beef and veggies) Wed - meatballs, zucchini noodles Thursday - sausage, broccoli, fruit Friday - pizza except I cannot find cheese DD can have so .... struggling now. I may buy her a filet mignon whenever we have pizza.
DH finally realized that I am losing my mind and is coming home to make dinner tonight and tomorrow. I can’t do 5 medical appointments a week, work full time, do everything.
