twinmomma, part of my job is job evaluations. I would definitely list what about your role is more in line with other directors and also how it compares to other managers. Then based on that, start a conversation with your upline to discuss how your current role doesn't encompass your actual responsibilities (which are more director-level) and how you and your upline can go about requesting for your job to be reviewed and hopefully re-leveled as a director.
Thanks all! I'm also in a unique place because I report directly to the CEO, so I think that's part of why I have so much more insight/projects than other managers at my level might. I'm sure that contributes to the blurred lines. I'll definitely start the conversation about what that path looks like and the timeline for it.

2chatter, that really sucks about your DD. I'm sorry you are dealing with all of that.
Also, for your Dad - how did they know it was vertigo? My Dad only has that problem when he stands up - and it's not right away, it's a few seconds, usually after he starts walking.
traveltheworld - I think they have him tests that involved bending and sitting and rising. I know he did a tilt table test too but IDK if that contributed to the vertigo. His progressed where it was more frequent. The meds really helped.
