Food: Pretty good. Only two bad meals, Possible 3 tonight, but much better than the 5-10 bad meals
Workouts: Fairly good. I did skip my Monday workout due to the holiday, DH and I did a day date instead so not so bad
Miscellaneous: Started tracking on my fittness pal again on tuesday. Got yelled at tuesday because I didn't eat enough ( the program thoroughly chatisises you when you don't eat enough.)
2. Plan for the Following Week:
Food: Track with my fitness plan and try to not use empty calories
Workouts: 2 Lifting, 4 cardio days and friday is a rest day. Looking into some core work after doctors appt
Upcoming challenges: Getting out of bed on Wednesday. So far that has been my hardest day to get out of bed. Any tips?
Non Scale Victories, Celebrations ( doesn't have to be fitness related) I am finally feeling rested and somewhat normal again. I cleaned up my diet a lot and think it has help.
Bonus: What is something new that you have tried that has made your life better? (life hack, Workout routine, Food item, etc.)
Spin Class. I love going to meet up with a bunch of people and the energy in the room. I feel like I got a great workout in and it holds me accountable.

Gosh I need this. I'm hoping to participate in this and on the board more in general!
This week: Food has been meh. I trashed half a carton of ice cream and didn't buy cereal this week to kick my nightly cereal habit. I've only worked out twice and walked on the treadmill once. Going to the gym after work today and hoping to walk on the treadmill tomorrow!
Next week: Get my 3 crossfit workouts in and 2 walks on the treadmill, maybe run on it once. Start eating like I'm participating in a challenge at the gym with only 2 cheats per week.
Celebration: I threw the ice cream away instead of finishing it. Totally wasteful but I needed it gone!
Something new: crossfit isn't new anymore but it's still the best thing I've ever done for myself.
Food: OK. Not great. I tend to stress eat, and we have a lot going on right now.
Workouts: Also just OK. I haven't been sleeping well, and I've been working a lot (for me) this week. DD also had a 3.5 hour appointment yesterday that also involved 2 hours of driving, so no time yesterday.
Miscellaneous: I hate how much I'm sitting because I'm working more. HATE.
2. Plan for the Following Week
Food: I'd like to start tracking on MFP again. I need to find a way to bring my stress level down. I suck at meditation and yoga.
Workouts: I'd like to get 5 in. Cardio and a little weight work. We just put together a universal weight machine in our basement. It's not awesome, but it's better than nothing.
Upcoming challenges: The stress is not going away. So I need to find a way to lessen it.
Non Scale Victories, Celebrations ( doesn't have to be fitness related) I took DD to my favorite pizza place yesterday (her request) and kept my eating under control. I ordered an individual pizza and a salad, so I only ate 1/4 of the individual pizza. No dressing on the salad, and DD ate the croutons because she hadn't really eaten in 48 hours.
Bonus: What is something new that you have tried that has made your life better? (life hack, Workout routine, Food item, etc.) CBD Oil. It's been helping me control my anxiety. It's not perfect, but it's better.
1. Recap of the week - DH and I got 2 workouts done this week. Food was not great.
2. Plan for the Following Week - 2 workouts are planned for this week. DH and I agreed to start counting calories again using MyFitness Pal. I'm in the process of scheduling a session with one of the trainers at my new gym. At this session, the trainer takes all of your stats - weight, body fat, etc and helps you build a training program.
Non Scale Victories, Celebrations ( doesn't have to be fitness related) - DH and I have been doing well with getting 2 workouts/week in.
Bonus: What is something new that you have tried that has made your life better? (life hack, Workout routine, Food item, etc.) Joining a new gym. There is so many more fitness classes here and everyone is so nice.
