I was going to do a group road ride this morning, but the windchills are in the mid 20s (temps is 29-30). I freeze at those temps. Instead I'm going to take my "new" gravel bike out for a shakedown cruise for a couple of hours after it warms up a bit--or at least gets above freezing. The temps are not quite as bothersome on gravel and much less so in the woods on a mtb. Other exciting plans include grocery shopping and taking photos of more stuff to put on the local Facebook garage sale sites and/or ebay.

I’m up and about to head out for a cold, chilly 12 miles. It’s like 20* and windy. I’m going to freeze but today is the warmest it will be here for like 2 weeks. Ugh
Did 5 miles this morning per the HH training schedule. So much better than the 7 I did last week. This week I ran with the Austin Mom’s Run This Town group. Was a great run even though I turned back earlier than the rest of the group. The lowest mileage was going to be 7 and others were doing 20. Totally not there yet. View didn’t suck either.
I was up early to get in 12 freezing miles. I have like 8 showings at my house today or something. Right now im sitting in a mall lol but im meeting a friend for lunch and retail therapy later.
I was up and out for a brisk but beautiful 5 trail miles in the woods. The snow made it challenging but it was nice to not worry about pace and just move...felt great after a tiring week.
I did a 6 mile recovery run + yoga. While my speed has not really dropped yet, I am feeling really good about my mileage building. Definitely moving in the right direction!

It was -10 this morning here. I really wasn't feeling the treadmill today so I got in 5 miles outside today. Now I'm heading to an 80's alpine ski lodge party at my favorite brewery.

I slept in this morning. I’m having some bad lower back/hip pain so I took today off. I did lots of foam rolling and stretching today and went for a walk. The pain isn’t as bad now so hopefully all I needed was a day of rest.
