OMG--We actually saw the sun this weekend for the first time in 3 weeks or so. Friday: Off Sat.: 2.5 hour gravel ride Sunday: 3 hour mtb ride, bike rinse, car wash
FRI: warmup and 5k practice (4 m) good pace! Sat: 11 m run and then 5 m walking with friends Sun: friend cancelled on run, other friends cancelled on climbing (eyeroll). Climbed and then did lifting/accessory work, worked on my handstands.
F: power flow Sa: 5 rounds on the 4 minute - 10 weighted lunges, 10 goblet squat, 10 burpees, 10 cals on the Echo bike Su: 2.5 hour core strength master class - it was really educational!
