I'm planning a birthday trip to Napa for my friends. we have 13 women going!! (so many....)
I'm struggling on the best place to find lodging. I've looked at vrbo/homeaway, Airbnb and luxuryrentals. Are there any other house rental sites I should check out?
Wow, that's a lot! You've already checked the usual suspects. Is there a certain area you are looking at? Price contraints? I assume all will share beds/rooms, right? And when are you going? If it's a big event weekend in Napa, that can make finding a place difficult.

!Thanks! yes, it is a lot.... way more than I thought were going to commit
We're looking at Napa County/Sonoma, in that area. we're doing 2 days of wine tasting in Napa. the first weekend of August. Yes, we'll all share bedrooms so don't need our own - so would need to be 6-7 bedrooms depending on configuration... Pricing - trying to keep it under $800pp for the weekend. So total house cost inc. taxes under $10,500
definitelyO , if you're open to Sonoma instead of Napa (they're close by so you can go to both areas easily), I rented this house for my bachelorette party. We had 16 people there. It was amazing and I highly recommend it - everyone loved the location, the views, the pool, the fire pit and BBQ... it was just great.
Thanks - checking it out now - we are open to Sonoma!
I'm seeing quite a few options on AirBnB so I think it's just a matter of picking one. I think you'd be fine staying in Sonoma or anywhere in the Napa Valley. I don't know that I'd go all the way up to Calistoga, but somewhere in the middle or bottom of the Valley would be good.
With a group that size, make your reservations early for dinner if you want to go out one night. You will also need reservations at most wineries. We have used Platypus Tours, and they are great to work with. They will take care of your reservations and the driving.
