Swim - 4,600 Run - 8.9 "Bike" - 25 trainer hours (I've decided I can't keep looking at "miles" when we have a tendency toward the climbing routes)
Weirdly I'm really pleased with the run and swim. I'm doing exactly what I said I would! running and swimming at least SOMETHING once a week while biking my fool head off.
Running- 31 miles Yoga- 4x Biking- 4x Strength- 4x
I’m easing into the year after a foot injury, and I’m pretty pleased that this is the most well-rounded month I’ve had in a long time. Usually it’s way more running and almost nothing else. I did just join the gym, so I’m hoping this continues.
I like this goal for yoga/stretch. I may have to do this.
Even though I didn't make the goal it helped me force myself to stretch when I was watching tv/ surfing the internet.
I’m doing a streak on Peloton and since they count yoga and stretching in the streak, I’ve been doing so much more! It’s so beneficial. I don’t know why I am usually so lazy about it.
