Fri: 5 miles and upper body strength Sat: Bikram yoga, hip and core Sun: 9 mile run, helped my son snowboard (so 40 lb deadlift over and over and over)
Friday: 1 hour stairmill/incline treadmill with weighted pack Saturday: 1 hour upper body strength/core, 1 hour easy hike Sunday: Treadmill 10K that felt like a marathon, good mental training I guess? Monday: 5K outdoors (in shorts!)
