I told DH last night, that if I get furloughed again next week, I'm going to break my no-buy and pick up the keracolor clenditioner to tint my hair purple.
Have you tinted your hair that way before? Tell me about it.
I haven't used that particular product before, but this summer my hairdresser used something similar from Joico to give me pinks and purples on the underneath layers of my hair. I heard about the Keracolor product from one of the YT people I watch, MrKongsMom. She loves it for all over color in her salt and pepper hair and you can control how much color you get by how frequently you use it/leave it on.
I'd just like to share that I successfully put on false lashes for the FIRST TIME EVER. For a costume last weekend. And then didn't get to leave the house with it because I got sick and didn't go to said costume party. Lolol. But still. Lash triumph!
did I tell you guys about this? I popped into the ulta near my office to pick something up the other day. As I was checking out the employee checks my points and her eyebrows shoot up. She goes, "Did you know about your points??" I was like, "what about them? That there's a lot of them?" "YES!"
i was kinda dying. I only have 1850! Sweetie, please. I guess most people really just use them as they accumulate?

I had that happen the last time I was there. She was like I can use XXX amount of points for this purchase and you'd only have to be pay XXX. I did the quick math and said, "no I'll pay cash." She looked at me like I was dumb. I know the game ULTA!

Speaking of points...I have an offer for 350 bonus points for a $50 purchase or something to that effect. If I use my points to pay for my purchase...do I still get the bonus points? Anyone know? This is where I get foggy on point usage.

2 months into my no buy year and I'm getting antsy to buy something. I need to reorganize my palettes and lip stuff so I have something 'new' to use. I did pick up a couple of Sephora Favorite kits at the end of 2018 and purposely didn't touch them so I'd have something new to play with when I started feeling this way. I also picked up a Marc Jacob's eye palette at the same time that I haven't touched yet.
I think it's time to put some of that into rotation!

I'm pretty sure you won't get the bonus points if you use points to pay for your purchase.

I don’t think so in this case. I think the only way to get points while using points is if there’s a brand multiplier. I think you can click through the order screen until the last confirm purchase and it’ll show whether you’re getting the points or not.
I am still amazed at how fantastic the alterna hydra gelee makes my hair look when its 3 days after a wash and the ends are looking like straw. I threw some in my hair tonight to meet DH after a friend stood him up for dinner and he asked if I did my hair.
I’m going to be sad when I have to repurchase bc of the new packaging, but I’m sure I’ll get over it.

Do you wet it and apply or do you apply to dry hair?

March 1 is just a few days away which means spring makeup! That may help. 😁

I was planning to swap in some springy colors, so that should help.
I'm going to a concert tonight, so I did my eyes up more than usual, so that was fun.

So I ended up doing some quick weird points math and decided it was worth 750 pts to get $30 off my purchase I did for the bonus 350 pts. So really I ended up only using 250 pts if I count the regular points I earned. The person who checked me out was amazed at my pt skills. Also I did a screen capture shopping list. He was in awe. LOLOLOLOL.

Apply to dry ends and flyaways. Makes my hair look smoooooth and silky and brings back some wave from day 1.

I haven't bought anything lately, been trying to use what I have but I have a Sephora GC burning a hole. I was thinking of getting the Naked reloaded. Considering my original is I don't know how many years old...
