usually start talking on the phone to someone you've met online. One of the guys has already given me his phone number...but I wanted to ask him more questions before I just give him my number...should I buy a prepaid phone to avoid feeling uncomfortable with giving out my main cell number? What did you do?

I hate talking on the phone, personally. I've spoken to guys after a few emails (and honestly, twice I had talked on the phone with a guy and it turned me off so much that I never wanted to go out on a date with them) but I mostly find that I'd rather email, give out my phone number prior to getting together, and just talk to them for the first time outside of email in person. I also don't have any issues with giving out my phone number...but I haven't had any crazies either. I suggest getting a Google Phone/Voice #. It's connected to you actualy phone, but almost like a "fake" phone number so they don't know your real phone #.
redredwine-With google phone/voice do you have to have internet on your phone?
pdx18-so since he sent me his number, should I suggest meeting up for coffee instead? Or just keep emailing him until he brings coffee up...
I don't think you do...I'd ask on a seperate thread as I know there are several girls here that use it. I just don't know specifics.
And I'd text him about meeting up for coffee? like "Hey, it's missbetty! Hope your week is going well. Wanted to see if you're interseted in meeting up for coffee sometime this week, just let me know!"
