- What's your focus right now in training? What are your current strengths and limiters? What else is going well for you or holding you back that isn't reflected in your data?
Hmm. I guess my run? After a couple of weeks of shitty long runs at the end of the week, my coach said "This will not do, how do you feel about a long run mid-week?" So I did it last week (9 miles on the indoor track because of the Polar Vortex, which was a complete mental training session), and I liked it, but my swim took a hit on Thursday. My coach said to me "You could quit swimming now and still have a damn solid IM swim, but you still have a lot of work you need to do on the run." So I guess that's my focus?
Run strengths? I don't know how to accurately and fairly judge myself on this. I'm getting better, but I don't know what my strength is. I know I'm pretty consistent. So...consistency in pacing?
Other strengths - well, my swim. My bike is getting stronger, but man, am I itching to go back outside and ride.
Limiters - my schedule/work. It can get in the way. I'm so lucky that so much of my schedule is flexible, but I also am working a huge amount right now, just at odd hours. It gets to be tough sometimes not dropping any balls. My other limiter is myself and my inability to eat enough/fear of eating. I'm training enough now that I need to be eating, but I can be really bad about getting in the right amount of calories every day.

- What's your favorite food craving right now? Granola bars. Quaker chewy chocolate chip. If you hit me after the right workout, I could probably throw back an entire box.
