How did you guys feel after your FET?  I'm on CD1 today and going Monday for baseline.  They're estimating I'll do FET on Feb 22.  The clinic I go to is 7 hrs away from the house but I choose them mainly due to price since we're OOP.  I wanted to take a couple days after FET to walk around Niagra Falls before heading home.  How did you guys feel after?  We drove up there for the ER and other than a little cramping I was completely fine.  

And for the record CD1 after an ER I swear is the worst.

I felt perfectly fine after my transfers. Last time my RE was 11 hours away from home. I had my transfer and then drove myself home same day. One time I made the drive alone, the other H was with me and we drove home together. My RE didn't really have rules about bedrest or anything following ET, so I would have felt comfortable visiting a place like Niagara Falls. I wouldn't go out and do a ton of walking, but I think visiting briefly and a short walk would probably be ok.

I felt fine. Went to work the next day. But honestly, I went to work because it was less physically demanding than being home. I wouldn’t be walking TOO much. Take it easy for a few days. Who knows if that does anything, but it’s how I approached it.

I felt totally fine and went for a walk with the dog after each one per my RE's instructions.
