I didn't see one started, so here we go. What are your plans for today?
For me: It is cold out! I am getting ready to do some yoga at home (yoga with Adriene) before I have my class and then I am studying for most of the day.

I ran 22 trail miles this morning/afternoon (it took so long that it went past noon!). I do not know how I could possibly run 10 more miles after that, but that’s what I’m supposed to do in 3 weeks.
I spent the afternoon/evening watching the new Lego movie and going out to dinner where I inhaled beer, cheese fondue, and a burger.
I was up too early for a group ride. I somehow ended up with 60 miles, the longest I have ridden in a year and a half.* Then I had an all evening meeting with my race team, and now I am going to flop on the couch and not move til bed time.
*Racing track and cyclocross my coach kept most of my rides 45 mile or less. (3 hours or less) One of my goals this year is to get some of my longer distance speed back.
