I’m up with a sick DD. I’m hoping to get some trainer time later today. I wanted to go for a long bike ride outdoors but my stomach hasn’t been feeling great and now with her sick I’m worried about getting stuck somewhere.

I have a “Phat Ass” trail run/race this morning (a Phat Ass is an unsupported trail race - I have no idea how it got that name). The total distance is 16+ miles, but I ran 22 miles yesterday, so I’m only planning to run 8 miles today. It may turn into some hiking, because I’m tired! I told other people I would be there, so I’m going, but I wish I could’ve turned off my alarm this morning. There will be good food and company at the end. I guess this is good practice for running on tired legs at the end of an ultra.
I'm up for a chilly and hilly trail run, which depending on conditions may end up being a hike if it's icy. Later we're going to an REI backpacking class at a local brewery where they hellp you assess what you've packed and what you can lose/need to add to help minimize carry weight.
Up and drinking my coffee. We're hopping on the trainers shortly for 2.5ish hours. It's cold but clear out and really wish I could ride outside. Darn kids.

I actually have an answer for this one. Typical races have aid station, porta potties, food etc.
Fatasses mean you “bring everything for your own fat ass!” Bring your own food, toilet paper, bags, etc Lol that still makes me chuckle.
The downstairs neighbors had one of their epic parties last night - people were over as early as 2pm and it didn’t end till 6:30am (when I was awoken yet again by them cleaning up and arguing). I’m in a black mood although I am impressed by their stamina.
I really need to go for a run; but I don't want to. I need to drop some things off to my aunt and a friend so I will probably suck it up and do 3 or so miles around a local lake while I am out.
I was going to do a 2 hour ride outside, but there are green blobs all over the radar. I'll hit the trainer for 1:15 or so instead. I have a cyclocross series board meeting for most of the afternoon to plan the 2019 season. We may wind up at the pizza place next door afterwards for a beverage (tea for me...no wine), and I have to squeeze grocery shopping somewhere.

I’m up for hopefully 8. Yesterday was a forced rest day due to work travel and I’m antsy this morning. My DH isn’t feeling well (again) so my afternoon will consist of getting my nails done and running errands solo.

I’m up and have 12 planned today. I tired to get out before it started snowing but no luck ( it wasn’t suppose to start until 10) I’m a little sore from yesterday’s 15k.
I had plans to meet up with a friend this morning to do 6-7 miles, then DD woke up in the middle of the night with a fever reading 106.5! So we spent the night/early morning in the ER. She’s fine- ER doc said that kids have been coming in with temps that high all week and there’s a nasty viral thing going around. Her fever came down with meds and they sent us home. I’m hoping if we can keep her temp down I can hit the gym after the kids are in bed and get at least a few miles in on the treadmill.
