State of Ute: V-Day week

Last month didn't work. CD2. Try try again. I'm trying to think of it as I have another month of giving the supplements a chance to do their thing.

It's been a super light period though. Usually it's 4 solid days, then spotting. This month it's Day 2 and I only need a liner. I've been doing acupuncture since December. I wonder if it's messing up my system, or fixing whatever has been wrong.

Anyone have any fun Valentine's Day/weekend plans?

No exciting plans for us this week even though it is our first married Valentine’s Day. He always makes sure I and his daughters have flowers for Valentine’s Day, and I got him a candu heart filled with beef jerky 🤣

We are actually trying to avoid this week / cycle. I have a colonoscopy on Saturday. Even though I’d only be about 4 days ovulation and days before implantation, both the GI and OB wanted us to skip because of the potential increased risk of miscarriage.

No plans for us this year. We're starting a kitchen makeover so we agreed not to do anything. (new floors, new appliances, new lights etc).

I go back on Monday for a lining check and will either be doing transfer on Friday 22 or the following week. We keep going back and forth between transferring 1 or 2.

CD 24, we got one decently timed sex encounter in so I have a shot
My coworker who had her first IUI got a BFN yesterday, very sad for her
I have another friend who went for a procedure that would ultimately help her get pregnant, they cancelled the procedure because she was pregnant. Very early and chance of m/c are high but I'm hopeful for her
Also hopeful for another friend who just did IVF.
Valentines day was good, we got a heart shaped pizza! The night before we had dinner at a steakhouse that also has an arcarde attached to it. Our dinner was crab dip, filet, lobster, and dessert. And our 4 year old got to meet "Beauty and the Beast"
